RHIXO Staging Walkthrough was established to give Sydney facility managers a cleaning provider that treats commercial buildings the way they need to be treated: with consistency, accountability and clear communication. We operate under TWD Holding Company Pty Ltd trading as RHIXO, giving our clients the backing of an established operating structure alongside a dedicated local service team.

Our approach is built on three principles: showing up reliably, communicating clearly when issues arise, and doing the work properly the first time. We train our cleaning staff on the specific requirements of commercial and office environments, including security protocols, waste segregation and after hours access procedures common in Sydney CBD and metro buildings.

Our supervisors are the main point of contact for facility managers, so you are never left chasing an anonymous call centre. If a site needs extra attention during a busy period, a lease turnover or a floor restoration project, our team scales up to meet the deadline.
